Overall it was beautifully decorated with a perfect view of the old town.

It was reasonably priced. My stay was very comfortable here thanks to its family ambience. The most super-friendly staff I ever met. The location of this beautifuly designed and lovely hotel was handy, on the outskirts of Gent.

The staff was amazing and super cute. Our suite was spacious with beautiful big windows and a high ceiling. The bed was so comfortable, it reminded me of sleeping on clouds! The wellness area with a sauna was a nice touch, and the breakfast choices were wonderful.

The suite was super spacious with high ceilings and huge windows-so bright and airy! The bed was like I was sleeping on clouds, really comfortable. I loved the elegant decor, and the whole vibe was relaxing. Only downside was needing more accessibility options in the room, but overall, it was a cozy stay!

I was blown away by the luxurious atmosphere of the place! The breakfast spread was a feast for the senses with everything from fresh pastries to made-to-order omelets (yes, please!). And don't even get me started on the rooftop bar, sipping cocktails while gazing at those sunset views was the perfect end to a busy day.

We had an amazing stay with a stunning, spacious room and a uniquely impressive spa that felt like our personal oasis. Breakfast was great with delicious options, and the cocktails at the Sky Bar were good! I'd choose this place again.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered a shuttle service to the city center.

The spacious suite featured very nice comfort with a bed resembling clouds, while large windows and high ceilings added a touch of elegance. The staff were great, provided really good service and even offering treats for our dog. Breakfast was good with a wonderful variety of options. While the surrounding area does require a car for easier exploration, the safe parking made it convenient. One evening, air conditioning issues in our room occurred, but staff promptly offered us an upgraded room, which we appreciated.

The hotel was modern and clean, with a fantastic breakfast and very comfortable rooms. The shower lacked privacy and the staff could be more helpful, especially concerning bag assistance. It was a good experience but could improve on certain aspects.
